Everyone has some habits. Some are good, and some are bad. I also have my own habit, which helps me study better and live a healthier life.
My favorite habit is reading books. Every day, after finishing my homework, I spend about thirty minutes reading. I like to read storybooks and science books. Reading makes me feel relaxed and improves my English. I can learn new words and grammar from the books. It also helps me think more clearly.
Another good habit I have is exercising every morning. Even if it's cold outside, I try to get up early and do some running or stretching. Exercise keeps me strong and healthy. It also helps me stay focused in class.
I also have a habit of organizing my things. I always put my school supplies in order and clean my room once a week. This habit helps me find what I need quickly and makes my life more comfortable.
However, I used to have a bad habit of staying up late. I often played with my phone before going to bed. This made me feel tired the next day and couldn’t concentrate in class. But now I try to go to bed early and turn off my phone an hour before sleeping. It’s hard at first, but I’m getting used to it.
In conclusion, having good habits is very important. They help us grow and become better people. I will keep my good habits and try to improve myself every day.
